Le marché est passé pour une période d'un an à compter du 1er janvier 2027 ou de sa notification si celle-ci intervient ultérieurement. Il est éventuellement reconductible 3 fois, par reconduction tacite, soit pour une durée maximale de 4 ans. La consultation donnera lieu à un accord cadre à bons de commande, conformément aux articles L. 2125, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique.
