El present acord marc té per objecte el servei de tractament de lixiviats del Dipòsit Controlat de Residus de Mas de Barberans incloent-hi el transport associat per a l’extern i del tractament in situ mitjançant planta mòbil. L’acord marc tindrà per objecte la selecció de diversos gestors autoritzats per als possibles codis LER 19 07 03 , LER 19 07 02, LER 19 08 12 i LER 19 08 11 per al tractament de lixiviats i fluxos associats (concentrats i fangs), fixant condicions tècniques, ambientals, econòmiques i d’execució que regiran els contractes basats.
