El propósito de este acuerdo marco es el servicio de tratamiento de lixiviado del Depósito de Residuos Controlados de Mas de Barberans, incluyendo el transporte asociado para el externo y el tratamiento in situ mediante una planta móvil. El acuerdo marco tendrá como objeto seleccionar varios gestores autorizados para los posibles códigos LER 19 07 03, LER 19 07 02, LER 19 08 12 y LER 19 08 11 para el tratamiento de lixiviados y flujos asociados (concentrados y lodos), estableciendo condiciones técnicas, medioambientales, económicas y de ejecución que rigiran los contratos basados.
