De opdracht is gericht op het benoemen van een registeraccountant die: - de controle van de geconsolideerde jaarrekening ex artikel 393 lid 1 Boek 2 Burgerlijk Wetboek uitvoert en hiervan verslag uitbrengt; - de natuurlijke adviesfunctie vervult welke voortvloeit uit de bevindingen van de controle, mede tot uitdrukking komend in een managementletter na afronding van de tussentijdse controle; - de bijzondere controles (inclusief de controle van de bekostigingsgegevens) vervult welke de bedrijfsvoering van ROC MN met zich meebrengt. Vanwege de nauwe verbondenheid worden deze drie onderwerpen gecombineerd als één opdracht in de markt gezet en wordt de aanbesteding niet verdeeld in percelen. De natuurlijke adviesfunctie kent een logische samenhang met de controle (bevindingen) en het is organisatorisch efficiënt en effectief om bijzondere controles uit te besteden aan een accountant die de organisatie en de administratie kent.
