Details

Deze opdracht heeft betrekking op de renovatie van de grootkeuken en het restaurant in gebouw R007, Het Meeuwennest, op Complex Nieuwe Haven te Den Helder. Het gebouw sinds 2024 niet meer in gebruik als gevolg van diverse technische en bouwkundige tekortkomingen. Er is besloten het te renoveren om het nog maximaal vijftien jaar functioneel te kunnen inzetten. De werkzaamheden zijn gericht op het herstellen van de gebruiksfunctie, het verbeteren van de veiligheid en het waarborgen van hygiëne, waarbij waar mogelijk duurzaamheidsmaatregelen worden meegenomen. De keukenopstelling en alle technische installaties worden volledig vervangen en opnieuw ingericht volgens de uitgangspunten van het Programma Aanpak Grootkeukens. Er wordt uitsluitend gebruikgemaakt van elektrische kookvoorzieningen en de installaties worden aangepast aan de huidige eisen. Bouwkundig wordt het keukengedeelte volledig vernieuwd en worden ook het entreegebied, de sanitaire ruimten en de afwerkingen gemoderniseerd.
