Under the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations of the European Commission (EU DG NEAR) funded project: “EU support to strengthen return management systems in the Western Balkans”, IOM invites all stakeholders and interested legal entities to submit an offer for expert support to IOM and relevant national stakeholders for the preparation of a baseline study on free legal aid in return and forcible removal procedures.
Request for submission of the documentation should be submitted electronically on the official memorandum with the following title: “30000031357” to the following email: [contact details removed]
Quotation shall be submitted as per instructions in the documentation on/or before 26 August 2026, 5:00 PM local time. Late quotations will not be accepted.
