Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» та Постанови КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених ЗУ “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування», постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 року № 822 «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу».

Закупівля здійснюється в рамках виконання заходів Плану України, що схвалений для реалізації фінансування Європейського Союзу для України згідно з інструментом Ukraine Facility (далі — інструмент Ukraine Facility), передбаченого Рамковою Угодою укладеною між Україною та Європейським Союзом щодо спеціальних механізмів реалізації фінансування Союзу для України згідно з інструментом Ukraine Facility, ратифікованою Законом України від 06.06.2024 № 3786-IX (далі — Рамкова угода). Закупівля співфінансується Європейським Союзом. Усі товари, товари у складі закупівель послуг, товари та/або матеріальні ресурси у складі закупівель послуг з поточного ремонту/робіт, які закуповуються в рамках виконання заходів (кроків), передбачених Планом України, повинні походити з прийнятних країн. Зміст висвітленої інформації не обов’язково відображає позицію Європейського Союзу.
