Summay of notice ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : TAMAI Yuko, Director of the Budget and Accounts Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Name of the service and quantity to be contracted : 2026fy Requirements Definition Support and Related Services for the Document Preparation Assistance Tool of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's Chemical Substance Notification Management System 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : by 31 March, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Location specified by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Do not come under Article 70 and Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
