De scope van de opdracht betreft leveringen bestaande uit chemicaliën: • Standaard Chemicaliën: Chemicaliën die vaker gebruikt worden en die normaal te leveren zijn, zoals oplosmiddelen, enkel- en meerwaardige elementaire zouten, standaardzuren en basen en organische bouwstoffen voor metaalverbindingen e.d.; • Biochemische artikelen: Chemicaliën die vooral voor biochemisch onderzoek nodig zijn, zoals enzymen, tags, primers, antilichamen, protoïnen, DNA, RNA; • Specials: Chemicaliën die in kleine hoeveelheden voor speciale experimenten nodig zijn, zoals kits; • Chemicaliën t.b.v. chromatografie. En daarnaast de levering van de volgende laboratoriumartikelen: • Laboratorium ge- en verbruiksartikelen zoals aluminiumschaaltjes, apothekerslepels, bekerglazen, bril-etuis, centrifugebuizen, thermometers, cultuurbodems, erlenmeyers. De maximale omzet over de volledige potentiële looptijd van vier jaar is vastgesteld op € 1.450.000,- inclusief btw. De huidige verwachting is dat de feitelijke afname binnen deze grens zal blijven. Zodra de maximale omvang wordt bereikt, eindigt de Raamovereenkomst van rechtswege.
