Avtalen omfatter service på porter med tilhørende utskiftning, vedlikehold og reparasjoner samt utrykning ved behov. Dersom det oppdages feil på porter slik at disse må skiftes ut, skal leverandøren kunne levere disse. Det skal også kunne leveres nye porter dersom dette behovet skulle oppstå.
