| Brief Description of Assignment | : | (1) Junior Financial Management Specialist The Junior Financial Management Specialist will undertake the following tasks: a. Financial Systems Management – Establish and maintain in collaboration with the FMS for a robust financial management system, align the chart of accounts with GoB and World Bank standards, and integrate budgeting with accounting systems. b. Budgeting and Fund Management – Assist in preparing budgets as per guidance form the FMS, ensure timely fund disbursement. c. Accounting and Reporting – Review payments for compliance, prepare financial reports and statements, and support audit documentation. d. Audit and Compliance – Work with auditors to ensure adherence to financial regulations, review audit findings, and strengthen internal controls. e. Procurement and Payments – Support procurement activities, process payments, and reconcile financial transactions. f. Asset and Expenditure Monitoring – Maintain fixed asset records, conduct field visits, and monitor financial progress. g. Other Duties – Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Director. (2) Junior Procurement Specialist: The Junior Procurement Specialist will undertake the following tasks: a) Procurement Planning and Implementation – Develop, update, and execute the Procurement Plan, detailing procurement method
