- WTO procurement agreement
- Sweden is covered by the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) through the EU: above set value thresholds, suppliers from other GPA parties must be treated like local ones.
- Foreign bidders
- Sweden applies the EU procurement directives, so suppliers from the EU/EEA and WTO GPA parties can bid. Suppliers register, free of charge, with the notice database a buyer uses to get tender documents and submit tenders.
