- Decree-Law 111-B/2017 transposed the 2014 EU directives into the Code. Decree-Law 177/2026 then revised and republished it in full, effective 1 October 2026. Portal BASE, run by IMPIC, gathers procurement notices from the Diário da República together with data on awarded contracts.
