Foreign bidders

Foreign firms can register on the e-tendering system as international suppliers and take part in tenders open to them. The Tender Law lets national products of small and medium industries win at prices up to 10% higher than other bids.

Royal Decree 57/2025 renamed the Secretariat General of the Tender Board as the Projects, Tenders and Local Content Authority. The Tender Law requires tender notices to be published in Arabic and English.
