How they buy

Across the transport & logistics notices we currently hold for Bhutan, the most common form is the open tender or invitation to bid. Each has its own rules — see RFP, RFQ and EOI compared and tendering procedures explained.

What qualifies you

Transport and logistics procurement includes vehicle and fleet supply, freight and courier services, warehousing, port and airport works, and public-mobility projects. Service tenders often set service-level agreements, availability and penalty clauses, while supply tenders focus on specifications and delivery timelines. Price for the full contract duration, including maintenance where required.

Before committing effort, it is worth running a deliberate bid/no-bid decision and checking your submission against the responsiveness checklist.
