Rana kirkelige fellesråd inviterer til åpen anbudskonkurranse for utvidelse av Ytteren kirkegård i Mo i Rana.Prosjektet omfatter opparbeidelse av nytt gravplassareal på ca. 11,3 da sør og øst for eksisterende kirkegård.Entrepriseområdet fremgår av vedlagt kart og tilhørende planmateriale. Prosjektet er basert på prosjekteringsgrunnlag utarbeidet av   Beskrivelse LARK_Ytteren kirkegård samt geotekniske vurderinger fra 2024 Geoteknisk vurderingsrapport.pdf 10253587-RIG-RAP-002.Prosjektet er delt inn i byggetrinn BT1 og BT2 og skal sikre framtidig gravplasskapasitet i Rana kommune.Området består hovedsakelig av skogsmark med stedvis utfordrende grunnforhold og områder med sensitiv leire. Entreprenøren skal gjøre seg kjent med samtlige vedlegg før tilbud inngis.
