The WWF-Amano Fellowship Leadership Development Program supports young Ugandan leaders working in nature conservation, climate advocacy, environmental education, and sustainable entrepreneurship. The nine-month online fellowship provides mentorship, leadership training, conservation knowledge, emotional resilience, strategic thinking, and access to a global network of young environmental changemakers. The program is designed for Ugandan leaders aged 21–30 who have demonstrated positive community or environmental impact, are fluent in English, and can commit 5–6 hours per month to fellowship activities.

The WWF-Amano Fellowship Leadership Development Program is designed to strengthen the leadership capacity of young Ugandans who are already contributing to environmental and community development. What Does the Fellowship Support?
