This is an open, single stage Request for Quote. Any supplier who meets the requirements of this RFQ may submit a Quote. When do we need it? Design, drawings and manufacture of the flagpoles take place before the Commencement Date. HDC will confirm the Commencement Date in writing once the flagpoles are manufactured and ready to install. The whole of the Works must be completed within 30 Working Days of the Commencement Date. Key dates (New Zealand time): - Deadline for Questions: Wednesday 21 October 2026 - Deadline for Quotes: 4:00 pm Tuesday 27 October 2026 - Respondents advised of the outcome: Friday 30 October 2026 Evaluation: Lowest Price Conforming. Price is not a weighted criterion. How to respond: complete the Response Form and price the Contract Price Summary (Annexure 1 of the Minor Works Agreement), and submit both through GETS before the Deadline for Quotes. Questions must be raised through GETS. Quotes remain open for 90 days from the Deadline for Quotes.
