Na območju predvidenega zgornjega akumulacijskega bazena na Kolarjevem vrhu je treba že pred začetkom gradnje ČHE Kozjak začeti izvajati meteorološke meritve. Pridobljeni podatki bodo podlaga za nadaljnje načrtovanje oziroma projektiranje objektov ČHE ter za spremljanje morebitnega vpliva gradnje na lokalne vremenske razmere.
