Predmet javnega naročila so storitve vzdrževanja in dodelave sistema za upravljanje z dokumentarnim in arhivskim gradivom DocuWare (v nadaljevanju: DMS). DocuWare je naročnikov obstoječi sistem za upravljanje z dokumentarnim in arhivskim gradivom ter drugimi naročnikovimi dokumenti, ki je skladen z zahtevami ZVDAGA-A in notranjimi pravili naročnika. Predmet naročila vključuje nadgradnjo obstoječega sistema DMS z dodatnim modulom DocuWare Forms, vključno z zagotovitvijo ustrezne licence, ter petletno vzdrževanje vseh obstoječih in novo dodanih programskih komponent sistema. Predmet naročila vključuje petletno vzdrževanje navedenih obstoječih programskih komponent in dodatnega modula DocuWare Forms, skladno s ponudbo izvajalca in dogovorjenimi pogodbenimi pogoji. Natančne tehnične specifikacije in zahteve naročnika so opredeljene v dokumentu Tehnične specifikacije in zahteve naročnika, št. 282-24/4-2026 z dne 15. 10. 2026 (v nadaljevanju: Tehnične specifikacije), ki je sestavni del razpisne dokumentacije.
