Voor u ligt de Aanbestedingsleidraad van Waterschap Amstel Gooi en Vecht met betrekking tot het afsluiten van een Overeenkomst voor Diensten bestaande uit het contracteren van een gespecialiseerde marktpartij of combinatie van marktpartijen voor het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van visstandbeheer in het Loosdrechtse plassengebied. Het project maakt onderdeel uit van de KRW-maatregelen SGBP3 2023–2027 van waterschap AGV en draagt bij aan het behalen van de ecologische doelen voor gezond en schoon water.

De Opdracht wordt uitgevoerd volgens een tweefasenaanpak, bestaande uit een Bouwteamfase en, na een positief besluit van Opdrachtgever, een Uitvoeringsfase. In de Bouwteamfase werken Opdrachtgever en Opdrachtnemer gezamenlijk de uitvoeringsstrategie en de daarvoor benodigde Bouwteamproducten uit. Van de marktpartij wordt daarbij een actieve, samenwerkingsgerichte en inhoudelijke inbreng verwacht vanuit praktische uitvoeringskennis en ervaring met visstandbeheer.

De Opdracht wordt door middel van een Europese Openbare aanbestedingsprocedure in de markt gezet en zal worden gegund op basis van de Beste Prijs-Kwaliteitverhouding (BPKV), met de verhouding 20% (prijs) - 80% (kwaliteit). De kwalitatieve beoordeling bestaat uit twee gewogen Gunningscriteria: GC1 – Plan van Aanpak (50%) en GC2 – Voorstel Samenwerking (30%).
