Details

The Board is seeking the services of a pre-qualified Architectural Firm to provide architectural and consulting services including Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents & Tender development, and Construction & Contract Administration for the renovations as further specified herein. The Successful Bidder will be required to design and administer the construction of the following scope. Replace and Upgrade Ventilation to HVAC complete with new Building Automation System (BAS). Improve ventilation and particulate filtering, minimum MERV 13 filter. To offset AC utilities cost, design approximately a 48 KW Net Metering DC Solar PV Array. Consultant to review electrical loading to determine if upgrade of Primary feed is required. If required, supply estimate for scope and subsequent budget change. Consultant to provide Class D and B estimates. This will be a multi-year project phased to cause the least amount of disruption to school operations.
