Le présent contrat a pour objet la fourniture de toute la main-d’œuvre, des services, du matériel, de la machinerie, de l’énergie, des produits chimiques et de toute autre ressource nécessaire à la vidange, au soutirage, à la déshydratation, au chargement, au transport et à la disposition ou à la valorisation autorisée des boues accumulées dans les étangs aérés 1, 2, 3 et 4 de la station d’épuration de la Municipalité d’Ormstown. Les travaux sont répartis en quatre postes distincts, un par étang. Le bordereau présente séparément les frais forfaitaires et les prix unitaires par tonne métrique de matière sèche
