Fyresdal kommune skal sanere store deler av det kommunale VA-ledningsanlegget på Molandsmoen. Det skal legges nye vannledninger, kloakkpumpeledninger og selvfallsrør for spillvann. Prosjektet skal foregå i tett samarbeid med Telemark Nett AS, som skal legge ned nye kabler langs noen av traseene. I prosjektet skal de kommunale vegene reetableres, det skal etableres vegbelysning langs de kommunale vegene, og det skal etableres nytt kryss mot Fv3384. Entreprenøren som velges skal være hovedbedrift.
