Izvajalec mora izvesti 420 ur usposabljanj na področju čebelarstva v obliki tečajev za čebelarje začetnike in predavanj ali delavnic iz področij, npr.: zgodovina čebelarstva, biologija in oskrba čebel, ukrepi proti rojenju čebel, čebelje paše, urbano čebelarjenje, prilagajanje čebelarstva na podnebne spremembe, precizno oziroma digitalno čebelarstvo, uporaba umetne inteligence v čebelarstvu, medoviti vrtovi, čebelarski turizem, apiterapija, medena kulinarika, najnovejša spoznanja dobre čebelarske prakse in primeri dobrih praks iz Slovenije in tujine ter 120 ur za krepitev kompetenc in nadgradnjo znanja predavateljev, kurikularno-izvedbena usklajevanja med predavatelji, za obiske tujih predavateljev ter organizacijo in vodenje do treh strokovnih ekskurzij z obiski dobrih čebelarskih praks v Sloveniji. Za namen usposabljanj izvajalec pripravi tudi video posnetke.
