The purpose of amendment number 1 is to modify the square feet and parking requirements requested by the Government, update the unique building/property requirements, and updated EXHIBIT B ASR. EXHIBIT B dated 05/19/2026, is hereby deleted from the RLP package and replaced with RLP amendment number 1 EXHIBIT B.
