Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 / 36. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12445126B0042 is issued as a Invitation for Bid (IFB) for two roofing related projects in MS. Statement of Requirement: This Invitation for bid consists of work in two separate locations.

- 01 Package 1174723 Roof Protective Seal Coating. The contractor will provide all Labor, equipment and materials for roof preparation, cleaning, detail work, sealants and application of a GAF Roof Coating System on bldg. 27, 29A, 35 and 36 located at USDA ARS MS State. - 02 Package 1174574 Vent boots and Vent Savers. The contractor will provide all Labor, equipment and materials for Supply/Installation for (53) Roof Vent Boots and Vent Savers. These roofs vents consist of metal hood covers and baseplates, with baseplates sealed and screwed to the metal.

Award Type: It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract(s) will be awarded as a result of this IFB.
