Statement of Work SIEMENS Fire Alarm System Troubleshooting USCGC Healy
1. GENERAL
1.1 Background The objective of this project is to perform a comprehensive inspection and repair of the existing fire alarm control panel and detectors onboard CGC HEALY. The contractor must perform a groom of the system to resolve insistent trouble alarms. The contractor must be a Siemens technical representative with ability to program newly installed detector heads into system. 1.2 Period of Performance The period of performance is fourteen (14) calendar days from date of contract award for three (3) working days. All work to be done onboard CGC HEALY at USCG Base Seattle Terminal 46. 1.3 Delivery Location Services to be performed at: USCG Base Seattle 1519 Alaskan Way S Seattle, WA 98123 POC: LT Stephen Bruno 1.4 References

2. SCOPE OF WORK CLIN 0001:The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the following tasks: 2.1 Clearing Alarms and Troubleshooting
- Review and document the panel's event log to identify the source of all current and historical faults, troubles, and alarm signals.
- Troubleshoot constant “Input source malfunction”, “Not Responding”, and“Communication Error” alarms that populate on FireFinder XLS Fire AlarmControl Panel.•Clear and reset all active alarms and trouble codes on the panel to return thesystem to a "Normal" operating state.
2.2 Program Detectors
- Restore full capability to all fire alarm units onboard with the exception of thosehoused in Generator Room 2 (1-80-2-E).•Program unidentified detector heads into the system including those recentlyinstalled HFP-11 smoke detectors in the Magazine Compartment (1-9-2-M).•Conduct functional tests on the restored detectors to verify proper activationand comunication with the Fire Alarm Control Panel.
2.3 Fire Alarm Panel Inspection
- Ensure Master Fire Alarm Control Panel in the Engineering Control Center andannunciators in Damage Control Central, and the Port and StarboardQuarterdecks are working with full button functionality. See Coast Guard Drawing420-WAGB-801-001 for guidance about the location of the spaces listed above.
3.DELIVERABLES3.1 Inspection Report A detailed inspection report to the US Coast Guard outlining findings of inspection, what repairs were conducted, which units need further work and the final result of system groom. Shall include documentation stating that the fire alarm panel and associated detectors have been restored to full functionality, or if full functionality has not been restored, include a list of specific repairs necessary to restore full functionality, including parts and necessary labor hours. 4. CLIN 002: Potential Repairs based on CFR not to exceed ($2,500 dollars)4.1 Pricing for any additional travel costs, material, or field service days will be requested and handled by the KO under the terms of the contract. Any repairs beyond the base scope identified because of the troubleshooting shall be documented in a Condition Found Report (CFR) with a technical description of the recommended repairs. The CFR shall be provided to the Technical POCs and the Contracting Officer. 4.2 Any additional work will be authorized only by the KO through a written contract modification. The contractor shall not perform any repairs beyond the base scope until specifically authorized in writing by the KO. If the Government elects to proceed with additional repairs, the KO will issue a written contract modification that identifies the authorized additional work and associated firm fixed price. The 5.
