Interested bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Assistant Engineer, Irijalakkuda Municipality. All bid documents are to be submitted offline only and in the designated cover(s)/ envelope(s). Quotations/ bids shall be accepted only through offline mode. Late quotations will not be accepted. A bid documents shall be obtained free of cost on request from the employer and EMD shall be remitted as demand draft in favour of the Assistant Engineer during the time of bid submission. Proposal should be submitted offline to the Assistant Engineer, Irijalakkuda Municipality no later than -15:00 hrs, 01/09/2026. Please quote the Quotation Reference number in the subject line. The Pre-Bid Conference shall be held offline on –18/08/2026. The Engineer in charge, LID & EW Section, Irijalakkuda Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof. This invitation for quotation is not to be considered in any way as an offer of contract. Your proposal could, however, form the basis for a contract between your firm and Irijalakkuda Municipality. The Quotation Inviting Authority/Employer shall not be responsible for any failure in submitting the documents by post or courier. Details required draft taken as EMD (Details of bank account having core banking facility and email address of the bidder) shall be furnished along with the quotation. Quotation not accompanied by these details will be rejected
