Description/background of Assignment:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), operating under Project 00120192: "RBLAC Strategic Engagement and Collaboration in Support to Agenda 2030," is seeking proposals from qualified strategic communications firms. This consultancy is designed to elevate our regional narrative, reinforce our thought leadership, and significantly enhance our external positioning.

The Regional Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean (RBLAC) serves as the headquarters for UNDP’s regional programmes. With offices in 26 countries, our reach spans across 42 countries and territories in the region. Across Latin America and the Caribbean, UNDP works hand-in-hand with governments, civil society organizations, and the private sector. Our core mission is to develop national and local capacities and build stronger, resilient institutions that deliver high-quality services to all citizens.

To support this mission, UNDP RBLAC requires specialized communication services to conceptualize and deliver high-quality, impactful communication products. Operating under the overall guidance of the RBLAC Regional director and the Special Assistant to the Regional director, the selected firm will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying UNDP’s strategic voice, ensuring our narrative resonates with diverse stakeholders and drives forward the goals of the 2030 Agenda.

The proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than the indicated deadline: No later than Monday, August 10th, 2026 - at 10:00 hrs. - US Eastern Time.
