Postfunktionærernes Andels-Boligforening v/FA09 (PAB) udbyder opgaven, der omfatter projektering og opførelse af 57 almene familieboliger fordelt på 2 byggefelter med tilhørende udearealer og fælleshus, som skal udføres i totalentreprise. Udbudsbetingelserne indeholder de formelle betingelser for gennemførelse af udbudsprocessen. Det er derfor vigtigt, at ansøgere sætter sig grundigt ind i dette dokument.
