Ordregiver udbyder en kontrakt om indkøb, implementering og vedligehold af nyt afregningssystem.

Ordregiver ønsker en moderne, fleksibel og fremtidssikret løsning baseret på et standardsystem, der både funktionelt og teknologisk understøtter Ordregivers forretningsmæssige behov. Løsningen skal understøtte de centrale processer inden for kunde- og aftalehåndtering, forbrugsdata, beregning, fakturering og afregning samt øvrige relevante processer knyttet til Ordregivers forsyningsaktiviteter.

Ordregiver ønsker, at den nye løsning i videst muligt omfang baseres på standardfunktionalitet, således at behovet for specialtilpasninger begrænses mest muligt. Løsningen skal samtidig være fleksibel og kunne tilpasses ændringer i Ordregivers forretningsprocesser, forsyningsområder og gældende lovgivning. Løsningen skal kunne integreres med øvrige relevante systemer, som anvendes hos Ordregiver.
