Het betreft de tussentijdse toetreding tot de open house aanmeldingsprocedure voor Individuele Begeleiding, Huishoudelijke begeleiding, Woonbegeleiding, Dagbesteding inclusief Vervoer en Logeeropvang namens de gemeente Diemen, Ouder-Amstel en Uithoorn.
