Contract Description: Training and Capacity Building Programme

Capacity building for the Client staff will therefore be a key part of the Consultant’s work. Throughout the assignment, the Consultant will improve the capacity of the Client’s staff through on-the-job assistance and close collaboration. In addition, the Consultant will arrange formal training aimed at senior and middle-level managers in aspects of utility management to enable the Client to implement the FOPIP. To this end, the Consultant, in close cooperation with the Client, will identify key training needs and develop a Training Plan. This will be agreed with the Bank prior to implementation.
