Els treballs es realitzaran en una edificació existent, i no alteren la configuració arquitectònica, ni tenen per objecte canviar els usos característics, ni es produeixen en edificació catalogada o protegida. PROCORNELLÀ assumirà la taxa i dipòsit de la llicència d’enderroc. LA CONTRACTISTA la resta de taxes, autoritzacions, impostos, documentació administrativa i tècnica per dur a terme l’objecte del contracte. Inclòs tots els conceptes previstos en el Projecte, entre aquests conceptes està el DAR, al qual es refereix l’article 11 del Decret 89/2010, de la Generalitat de Catalunya. PROCORNELLÀ només pagarà les obres executades, en funció de Certificacions d’obra degudament conformades. L’adjudicatària assumirà les despeses de gestió de residus, la redacció del Pla de seguretat i salut i l’aplicació de les mesures de seguretat i salut, seguint les instruccions del coordinador de seguretat i salut.
