DE CHARLEVOIX VILLE DE BAIE-SAINT-PAUL PROCÉDURE OUVERTE VISANT L’ATTRIBUTION D’UN CONTRAT SUIVANT LE PRIX PROPOSÉ LE PLUS BAS TRAVAUX INTÉRIEURS DIVERS À L’ARÉNA LUC-ET-MARIE-CLAUDE La Ville de Baie-Saint-Paul demande des soumissions pour la réalisation de divers travaux d’améliorations des espaces intérieurs de l’aréna situé au 11 rue Forget à Baie-Saint-Paul. Les documents d’appel d’offres faisant état des conditions à respecter ainsi que toutes modifications à ces documents seront disponibles uniquement par l’intermédiaire du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO), à l’adresse www.seao.ca à compter du 30 septembre 2026. Les documents peuvent être obtenus au coût établi par le SEAO. Afin d’être considérées, les soumissions devront être déposées avant 14 heures, le mardi 20 octobre 2026 , à l’hôtel de ville de Baie-Saint-Paul, au 15, rue Forget à Baie-Saint-Paul (Québec) G3Z 3G1. Les soumissions seront ouvertes le même jour à 14h05. Seules seront considérées les soumissions présentées par des soumissionnaires ayant un établissement situé au Québec ou en Ontario (ACCQO). La Ville de Baie-Saint-Paul ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions, et elle décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions. Le présent appel d’offres est assujetti au Règlement portant sur la gestion contractuelle (R722-2019) , lequel est disponible sur le site internet de la Ville au www.baiesaintpaul.com sous l’onglet « Citoyens », « Règlements municipaux ».
