Autres informations complémentaires : Le présent marché est passé sous la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande (articles L 2125-1 1°, R 2162-1 à R 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique) avec un montant maximum annuel de 100 000 Euros HT par an soit 400 000 Euros HT sur la durée totale du marché. Le marché est passé pour une durée d'un an reconductible trois fois par tacite reconduction. Le marché est reconduit pour un an, au plus tôt à compter de la date à laquelle le montant maximum annuel est atteint, ou au plus tard au terme d'un délai d'un an à compter de la date de notification ou de sa reconduction. La durée maximale de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans.
