Objet : 2-1- Objet du contrat La consultation porte sur : Travaux de construction d’un USLD de 108 lits sur le site de Bois-Guillaume . Le projet global consiste en la construction d’un n ouveau centre d’Unité de Soins Longue Durée (USLD) composé de 108 lits, sur le site de l’Hôpital de Bois-Guillaume. Ce nouveau bâtiment de 6 483 m² SDO sera composé de 4 niveaux (Sous-Sol, RdC, R+1 et R+2), à proximité du Pavillon L’Argilière. Les unités seront réparties comme ci-dessous : - Au niveau R-1 (sous-sol), la logistique générale, des places de stationnements réservées aux personnels du site et les locaux du personnel ; - Au RDC, les locaux communs …

Allotissement : questionnaire RSE (tous les lots) (pondération 10%) ; 7-3-Dipositions communes Les prix globaux et forfaitaires portés à l'Acte d' Engagement (AE) prévalent sur ceux résultant de la Décomposition du Prix Global et Forfaitaire (DPGF) et servent de base à l'analyse des prix. Si la Décomposition du Prix Global et Forfaitaire (DPGF) comporte des erreurs d'opération ou de report, elles pourront être régularisées si cette dernière est qualifiée d’erreur matérielle.
