Details

Objet : Le présent marché a pour objet les travaux d’aménagement du site de relogement de la cité administrative au 3 Place Arthur Chaussy 77000 Melun.

Durée / délai d'exécution : Le présent marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification, pour une durée de douze (12) mois. Il s’achèvera au plus tard à l’issue de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement des ouvrages. Le délai d’exécution des travaux est de six (6) mois à compter de la date de notification de l’ordre de service de démarrage des travaux. En cas de non -respect des délais mentionnés dans le calendrier détaillé d’exécution, puis dans le calendrier définitif notifié au titulaire, ce dernier sera soumis à l’application des dispositions de l’article 7 « Pénalités » du CCAP .

Variantes : Le marché n’admet pas de variante. Les lots suivants comprennent des prestations supplémentaires éventuelles (PSE) : Lot 1 Gros œuvre : PSE N°1 - Rampe PMR Béton Lot 5 CVC- Plomberie : PSE N°1 Station de relevage

Visite : Afin qu’ils puissent prendre la mesure de toutes les contraintes et sujétions induites par l’exécution du marché et établissent leur prix en toute connaissance de cause, les candidats devront obligatoirement visiter le site où seront exécutés les prestations à savoir :
