Description succincte du marché : L'accord-cadre porte sur le lot n°7 Menuiseries intérieures pour l'aménagement et l'entretien des bâtiments de la Ville de Cholet et de Cholet Agglomération. Il concerne notamment les travaux d'aménagement partiel ou complet de bâtiments et de petits et gros entretiens des bâtiments. La Ville de Cholet et Cholet Agglomération ont constitué un groupement de commandes en application des articles L.2113-6 et L.2113-7 du Code de la commande publique. L’accord-cadre à bons de commande est passé pour une période de 1 an à compter de la notification et au plus tôt au 1er janvier 2027 jusqu’au 31 décembre 2027. Il est renouvelable 2 fois, par reconduction expresse, par période d’un an. l’accord-cadre à bons de commande est passé sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum, dont les prestations seront susceptibles de varier dans les limites suivantes : Ville de Cholet : 135 000 € HT (par période) Cholet Agglomération 85 000 €HT (par période)
