Gemeente Amsterdam is voornemens om met een aantal Aanbieders een Raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor het ‘op afroep’ verzorgen van trainingen deskundigheidsbevordering schoolveiligheid. De Aanbieders worden middels het ‘Open House model’ gecontracteerd. De dienstverlening die ingekocht wordt is bedoeld voor schoolteams van scholen voor (speciaal) basisonderwijs (po), speciaal onderwijs, voortgezet (speciaal) onderwijs, gevestigd op Amsterdams grondgebied. En voor rijksbekostigd middelbaar beroepsonderwijs gevestigd op Amsterdams grondgebied. De Gemeente beoogt met het gunnen van deze opdracht aan diverse Opdrachtnemers te bewerkstelligen dat Amsterdamse schoolteams (bestaande uit docenten, onderwijsondersteunend personeel, directie etc.) gezamenlijk worden getraind in omgaan met en pedagogisch handelen bij ernstig grensoverschrijdend gedrag van kinderen en jongeren in en om school. Op die manier ondersteunt de Gemeente de Deelnemers bij het realiseren van een veilig schoolklimaat. In deze Leidraad is de gedetailleerde omschrijving van de Opdracht en de daaraan gestelde eisen opgenomen.
