Albertslund Boligselskab, Afdeling AB Etagehusene og Vridsløselille Andelsboligforening, Afdeling 55 (VA Kanalens Kvarter) (herefter ”Ordregiver”) udbyder en totalrådgiverkontrakt vedrørende renoveringsprojektet af Etagehusene og Kanalens Kvarter – HP2. Udbuddet gennemføres som et begrænset udbud efter udbudsloven. Projektet omfatter gennemførelse af en helhedsorienteret bygningsrenovering med fokus på miljøsanering, fornyelse af badeværelser og installationer, udskiftning af faldstammer, udbedring af kuldebroer og utæt klimaskærm, efterisolering, renovering af gulve, modernisering af varme- og ventilationsanlæg samt forbedring af tryghed og tilgængelighed i bebyggelsen. Projektet omfatter samlet 547 boliger og 40 erhvervslejemål/fællesrum, fordelt på 7 gårdbebyggelser (O-blokke) og 7 længdehuse (I-blokke) i 2-3 etager og delvis kælder. Det samlede areal udgår ca. 47.500 m2 ekskl. kælder. Der henvises til det øvrige udbudsmateriale.
