Formålet med denne konkurransen er å inngå avtale med en totalentreprenør for bygging av et fortau/gang- og sykkelveg langs KV1083 S4D1 m76 Fagerlidal og KV1081 S1D1 m28 Olarommet for sammenbinding av gang- og sykkelvegnettet på Andslimoen. Fortauet/gang- og sykkelvegen skal prosjekteres og bygges i henhold til spesifikasjoner og krav beskrevet i dette konkurransegrunnlaget, samt at det skal innhentes tilbud på utførelse av tilleggstjenester som flytting av lyktestolper og etablering av et opphøyd gangfelt. Inntegnet på vedlagt skisse. Oppdraget er en totalentreprise, og NS 8407 legges til grunn for kontrakten.
