Bakgrunn og formål

Arendal kommune ved Arendal eiendom skal bygge et bofellesskap på Marisberg på Færvik Tromøya. Dette er et bygg med 6 boenheter, fellesrom og ansattbase. I tillegg skal det etableres et tilrettelagt uteområde til bygget. Prosjektet gjennomføres i kommunal regi på vegne av beboerne for å sikre tilskudd fra Husbanken. Beboerne skal kjøpe sine leiligheter gjennom borettslagsmodellen når prosjektet er ferdigstilt. Etter overtakelse til Arendal kommune, skal bygget overdras til borettslaget bestående av beboergruppen. Kontrakten mellom totalentreprenør og byggherre følger bygget, og kontaktpunkt og oppfølgning av denne blir da med borettslaget. Anskaffelsen er en totalentreprise iht. NS8407. Endelig ferdigstillelse alle arbeider er ønskelig innen desember 2027.

Kontraktsverdi

De økonomiske rammene i prosjektet er stramme og legger klare føringer. Estimert kontraktsverdi for kontraktsarbeidet er satt til 18-22 MNOK - eks. mva. Denne rammen er satt av hensyn til beboerne som skal finansiere prosjektet med egne midler.
