Details
Vegårshei kommune skal inngå kontrakt om totalentreprise for opparbeidelse av veg, teknisk infrastruktur og VA-anlegg, samt grovplanering av tomter på Grasåslia. Grasåslia er et eksisterende boligfelt på Ubergsmoen i Vegårshei kommune. Området skal nå fortettes og utvides iht. vedtatt reguleringsplan.
Entreprisen er delt inn i to faser hvor fase 1 består av komplett prosjektering og utførelse av vei, VA- og kabelgrøfter for områdene 2, 4, 7 og 8.
Fase 2, som er opsjon for oppdragsgiver, består av områdene 1 og 3.
