Trondheim kommune skal bygge ny barneskole på eksisterende skoletomt til Tonstad skole, adresse Torvmyra 4, 7091 Tiller.En reguleringsprosess pågår og det forventes at reguleringsplanen blir vedtatt av Bystyret høsten 2026.Det skal bygges et nygbygg samt at eksisterende skole skal bevares og totalrehabiliteres. 2 paviljonger/brakkebygg skal rives. Skolen inneholder en idrettshall og skal tilrettelegges med arealer for blant annet kulturskole og musikk/kultur i nærområdet. Prosjektet omfatter opparbeidelse av uteoppholdsareal, kjøreadkomst, varelevering, renovasjon m.m.Prosjektert underlag som ligger til grunn for prising er skisseprosjekt med teknisk funksjonsbeskrivelse.Tonstad skole skal BREEAM-NOR sertifiseres med nivå "very good". Prosjektet skal gjennomføres med utslippsfri byggeplass og høy grad av ombruk av elementer som må demonteres.Kontraktsarbeidet skal gjennomføres som en totalentreprise med samhandling. Hensikten med samhandlingsfase er å prosjektere frem til forprosjekt med fokus på løsningsoptimalisering og risikostyring. Konkretisering/detaljering skal skje innenfor rammen av fremforhandlet tilbud.Tentativ overordnet fremdriftsplan:- oppstart samhandling, mai 2026- oppstart detaljprosjektering/utførelsesfase, januar 2027- overlevering bygg, mars 2029
