Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune innbyr til konkurranse for å inngå rammeavtale på levering av tolketjenester. Det skal inngås avtalen med én leverandør.

Bakgrunn

Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune har behov for tilgang til kvalifiserte tolketjenester i møte med brukere som ikke behersker norsk tilstrekkelig, eller som har hørselshemminger eller andre kommunikasjonsutfordringer.

Behovet omfatter de videregående skolene, karriereveiledningen og tannhelsetjenesten.

Tolketjenesten skal bidra til god kvalitet, trygghet og effektiv kommunikasjon mellom ansatte og brukere, og sikre at brukerne får nødvendig informasjon og kan kommunisere om egen helse, opplæring og veiledning på et språk de forstår. Tolking skal også legge til rette for at brukerne kan medvirke aktivt i egen sak.
