Details

De gemeente Apeldoorn, de gemeente Brummen, de gemeente Epe, de gemeente Hattem, de gemeente Heerde, de gemeente Lochem, de gemeente Voorst en de gemeente Zutphen voeren samen de toelatingsprocedure maatwerkvoorzieningen maatschappelijke ondersteuning uit, maar sluiten als individuele gemeenten een raamovereenkomst met de individuele aanbieders die succesvol de toelatingsprocedure doorlopen. Elke individuele gemeente krijgt dus verschillende raamovereenkomsten met eigen aanbieders. Aanbieders die voor meer gemeenten gaan leveren, krijgen een eigen raamovereenkomst met elk van die gemeenten.

De opdracht ziet op het leveren van maatwerkvoorzieningen in het kader van de Wmo 2015 aan cliënten. Bijlage 1a, het Productenboek beschrijft welke maatwerkvoorzieningen de gemeenten met deze toelatingsprocedure willen inkopen en welke specifieke eisen daarbij gelden.
