Deze toelatingsprocedure betreft de contractering van Jeugdbescherming en Jeugdreclassering (Gecertificeerde Instellingen/GI's) ten behoeve van 13 gemeenten in de regio Zeeland. De opdracht omvat het uitvoeren van wettelijke jeugdbeschermings- en jeugdreclasseringsmaatregelen conform de Jeugdwet, inclusief de daarbij behorende producten zoals opgenomen in het productenboek, waaronder consultatie en advies.
