Details

Egedal Kommune har til hensigt at indgå to rammeaftaler om kapitalforvaltning.

Rammeaftalerne indgås med baggrund i Lov om kommunernes styrelses, § 44 samt bekendtgørelsen nr. 1525 af 28. oktober 2020 (Anbringelsesbekendtgørelsen) og i henhold til Egedal Kommunes Finansielle Politik.

De to rammeaftaler om kapitalforvaltning har en samlet beløbsramme på op til 400 mio. DKK.

Den ene rammeaftale (Delaftale 1) er et balanceret mandat med en forventet beløbsramme på op til 225 mio. DKK. Rammeaftalen for det balancerede mandat kan kun bestå af aktivklassefordelingen, der fastsættes i kommunens finansielle politik.

Den anden rammeaftale (Delaftale 2) består af et mandat til en REPO-aftale til fortsat optimering af Egedal Kommunes driftslikviditet, med en forventet beløbsramme på op til 175 mio. DKK. Rammeaftalen for REPO-mandatet er underlagt krav om en portefølje bestående af danske stats- og realkreditobligationer.

Beløbsrammen for rammeaftalerne er baseret på et estimat og er ikke forpligtende for ordregiver.

Tilbudsgiver kan byde på begge rammeaftaler særskilt, eller blot én af rammeaftalerne.

Tilbuddene vil blive vurderet pr. rammeaftale uafhængig af hinanden.
